Cases: Hematology malignancies including multiple myeloma, chronic leukemia, lymphoma, pre and post BMT/CART transplant; chemotherapy, blood transfusions, IV antibiotics, oncologic emergencies (tumor lysis syndrome, cytokine release syndrome), insulin drips, heparin drips 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (per standard compliance) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6.
