- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: Level I Trauma experience required; patient diagnoses include abdominal pain, acute psychosis, asthma, burns, CVA, drug overdose, gunshot wounds, head injury, seizures, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, STEMI, stroke, psychiatric hold, and more 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, NRP required; AHA or American Red Cross only 4. License: RN License required; no license hits accepted (Hard Stop) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience heavily preferred; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 7p-7a shift; weekends and holidays as needed; floating as needed; blocked schedules not approved; call requirements listed as N/A; self-scheduling; 24 orientation hours 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; only one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; local candidates offered at lower BR ($5 less than posted) 11. Background: No license hits accepted; Hard Stop 12. Modules: Billable; approximately 5-6 hours to complete; completed pre-start. EKG exam must be completed and passed within 72 hours of signing contract; additional attempts at manager's discretion 13.
