Cases: High acuity ER; regional referral center for trauma, cardiac, and stroke; STEMI care to cath lab, stroke care to IR, trauma care to definitive care (OR or ICU); at least 50 ambulance presentations per day 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Weekends required (typically every other weekend); clinician will be required to work in ED holding; no on-call required; 48-hour shifts approved; patient ratio 1:4 8. Trauma Level I experience preferred. Skills required include continuous IV sedation, ICP monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, Level I Trauma Center experience, and triage. Patient population is adults and adolescents 15 years and older for trauma.
