- Unit Notes:(Notes Updated 7/25/25) *Will do ER and Acute Care! ER/Acute Care RN 6on 8off - Variable Shift Start ASAP 13 weeks ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC required 2 years experience 1 opening Shift Notes: 6 on and 8 off ( Typically Th, F, Sat, Sun, M, T and then 8 off and repeat), 1800-0630, working variable shifts (primarily nights) and weekends, still need flexibility to move him/her to days if needed. 36 hours $91.04 ~they usually assign up to 4+ inpatients as well which can vary from observation, acute, or skilled care patients OLD NOTES: ER/inpatient Medsurg RN needed. 3 ER bays and one trauma room - 4 total. 6 inpatient rooms and run anywhere from 4-6 patients at a time that include acute, observation, and skilled swing bed. They have a two-nurse model so both nurses cover the hospital patients and ER patients. We also have a CNA on shift. They average 100-150 ER patients a month. Old notes: ~The ER sees about 100-150 patients per month ~4 bay ER and 1 Trauma room ~they usually have 1-3 inpatients as well which can vary from observation, acute, or skilled care patients that the RN will need to assist with as well when there aren't any ER patients ~the hospital also has about 17 LTC residents that the CNAs will be assisting with. the LPN leaves at 10pm, so if a resident needs a med during the night, the RN may be asked to administer the meds, (this rarely happens) Cancellation Policy:3 shifts (36 hours) / per 12-week contract.
