Cases: Primary Stroke Center (Gold+ with AHA), STEMI (ships if Cath intervention needed), Behavioral Health (2 locked units, ratio 1:6), rapid evaluation units for urgent care and critical care needs; skills include arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP, blood product administration, care of ventilated patient, central line care, continuous IV sedation, CVA, general emergency department (combined adult/pedi), gunshot wounds, head injury, ICP monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, near drowning, neuro-trauma, non-trauma ED, ortho trauma, pediatric ED, phlebotomy, procedural sedation, spinal cord injury, starting and maintaining IVs, STEMI certified facility, traumatic amputation, traumatic brain injury, triage, 4-hour annual stroke CEUs 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required; Prophecy Relias advanced EKG and CEN also listed; Primary Stroke Center is Gold+ with AHA 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6.
