- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required in ER of equivalent size 2. Cases: Adults and children; abdominal pain, acute psychosis, asthma, BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, burns, care of ventilated patient, central line care/management, chest tube insertion/management, CVA, drug overdose, emergency medications, gunshot wounds, head injury, hyperglycemia, intubation, IV vasopressors, management of dysrhythmias, multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, procedural sedation, seizures, spinal cord injury, traumatic amputation, triage, and more 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, NRP, PALS, TNCC required; must be willing to obtain if offered 4. License: Pending license accepted at submission; must be active before start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Expect to work some holidays; no call requirement specified 8. RTO: Must be submitted with submission; some holidays expected to be worked 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals NOT accepted 11.
