Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; fast-paced ER with strong PEDS presence; PEDS experience highly preferred 2. Cases: Full range of emergency chief complaints from simple to complex across the lifespan, including trauma, chest pain, neurological emergencies, psychiatric emergencies, sepsis, oncological emergencies, abuse/assault/neglect evaluations, and more 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, PALS, TNCC required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (verify per standard policy) 4. License: Not explicitly stated beyond implied RN licensure 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required — hard stop 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour nights 7p-7:30a, 36 hours per week; no call requirement; every other weekend required; floating expectations include helping hands/team nursing, possible float to ICU and ED, and patient sitting 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Travelers who have ever been a former employee at any facility associated with Solution Health are NOT considered, regardless of length of separation or time worked 10.
