- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last 3 years required 2. Cases: General Emergency Department (Combined Adult/Pedi); Level II Trauma Center required; Level I Trauma Center preferred; Acute Stroke Ready Center; Pediatric Ready Emergency Department; wide range of ED diagnoses including trauma, neuro, cardiac, psychiatric, and pediatric presentations 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS — AHA ONLY — required; TNCC required; telemetry exam (adult and pediatric) required prior to start with passing score of 80% or higher (two attempts allowed; third attempt requires certificate of completion of cardiac interpretation review course; failure after three attempts results in assignment cancellation) 4. License: WI RN or Compact RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Evening/Nights; 12 and 8-hour shifts as needed; primary shifts 1100-2330 or 1500-0330; weekend and holiday rotation based on operational need; float to UW University as needed 8.
