- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in ER setting 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: NIH, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS required; ENPC required (PALS can meet this requirement); CPI online course completed after onboarding 4. License: KY or compact license required at submission; will NOT accept any licensure hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 4-5 weekend shifts per 6 weeks; patient ratios 4:1 days/nights/weekends 8. RTO: Must be presented at submission; RTO longer than 1 week not approved unless special circumstances; any time off sent after offer will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6 months to return as traveler; must disclose if previously worked at facility for rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted within 100 miles; will only take first-time travelers with level 1 ER experience 11. Background: Will NOT accept any licensure hits 12.
