- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: General Emergency Department (combined adult/pedi); conscious sedation, telemetry, triage; open to neonates through geriatrics 3. Certifications: NIH/Stroke, BLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS required; must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: Active license required at time of submission; current Nursys report dated within the past 7 days must be included with submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Pyxis also used 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12-hour shifts, mids (10:00-22:00); every other weekend (EOW); every other holiday (EOH); no call; no block scheduling 8.
