- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required in ED; First Time Travelers accepted; Previous Charge RN experience preferred; Level 2 Trauma experience preferred 2. Cases: Stroke, Cardiac, Level 2 Trauma Center; General Emergency Department Combined Adult/Pedi; patient ratio experience 4-5 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; CPI, PALS, TNCC preferred; all candidates must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed; no study material provided) 4. License: License in hand required at time of submission; current driver's license must be included to confirm address for local rule 5. Education: Education verification through a third-party required; facility will not accept education from schools listed on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Nights, 7p-7:30a; 2 weekend shifts or 4 weekend days per 6 weeks; holidays as needed; no call; self-scheduling; all travelers subject to float to any Cone Health campus if needed 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted; up to two pre-approved time off requests; no RTO that would prevent completion of pre-start compliance 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; current driver's license must be submitted to confirm address 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on the background check 12.
