- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; previous charge experience required 2. Cases: All systems and complex diagnoses; fast-paced ED setting inclusive of abdominal pain, acute psychosis, asthma, CVA, drug overdose, STEMI, stroke, psychiatric holds, seizures, sickle cell crisis, and more; patient age range infant to geriatric 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS/NIH, CPI (completed during onboarding); NRP and TNCC noted with asterisk; all certifications required 4. License: RN MD (Maryland) state license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Rotating night/evening shift; 3x12 or 4x12 accepted (19:00-07:30 / 15:00-03:30); primary shift is nights with possible rotating evenings based on unit need; every other weekend required; holidays required as scheduled; floating within ED specialty and sister SRH ED facilities (Cambridge, Chestertown, Queenstown) as needed; no pre-scheduled on-call required 8.
