- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of RECENT Emergency Room experience required; First-Timer not accepted 2. Cases: General Emergency Department (Combined Adult/Pedi); Behavioral health environment experience preferred; Cath Lab with 24hr STEMI care; Stroke Certified Facility; Trauma Level I and II experience listed 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required; CPI preferred; all must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: NC or Compact license required and in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; No on-call required; Ratios 1:4 days, nights, and weekends; Orientation is bi-weekly at 36 hours; 9/8 starts ONLY 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted within 75 miles at $5 less than standard rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Patient population includes adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. 160 visits per day across 48 rooms.
