- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of ER experience required; must have at least 1 year Level 1 trauma experience OR 2 years Level 2 trauma experience; some pediatric experience required (does not need to be in a dedicated pediatric ER) 2. Cases: Level I Trauma, Comprehensive Stroke, Chest Pain (STEMI) Center; Level I and Level II Trauma Center experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC required; can submit with TNCC pending but must have before start 4. License: VA license pending accepted at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Days; 36 or 48 hours; weekends required; scheduled days will vary based on staffing needs; block scheduling cannot be guaranteed 8.
