Travel Nurse (RN) ER (Emergency Room) Boston, MA

$2,492 to $2,742 weekly

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Emergency Department – ADULT ED

Shift: Variable D/E, 7a-7:30p, 11a-11:30p, 3p-3:30p, 12×3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

2 weekends in a 4 week schedule period. E/O Holiday.

Requirements:

• MA License
• Minimum of 1.5 years of recent Level I or II ED experience and/or 2+ years of recent Level 3/4 ED experience
• Caring for age 15+ patients in pedi unless previous pedi experience)
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS
• EPIC, Previous travel assignments, Critical care experience preferred

Other Details:

• Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks and pass a Telemetry Test on Day 1 (85+%).
• Must be flexible with floating to areas: Psych ED and Pedi ED
• 50 Miles from the facility
• Patient Ratio: 1:4-5 patients (depending on acuity)
• Dept Details: Very busy ED, holds up to 120 “treatment areas” serving 350-440 patients/day. *Travelers will not be placed in trauma rooms while on assignment
