Experience working in a small ER a plus 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS, TNCC, PALS, ACLS 5. Shift or schedule requirements: As above, will be working alone with a ER physician available in the department 24/7 and House Supervisor with ACLS, PALS and TNCC for backup. Every other weekend, combination of 8s and 12s during Day and Evening shift hours. Sunday through Saturday work week. 6. Floating to over units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) Not required 7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. Seven rooms, eight gurneys 8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. na 9.
