Shifts/Call: Option of 36 or 48hrs; every other weekend; patient ratio 5:1 all shifts 8. RTO: All RTO must be listed at time of submittal; max of 4 days RTO can be auto approved; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile local radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
