- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required for submission 2. Cases: EP Lab and Cardiac Cath Lab competencies required; procedures include complex coronary procedures, VAD/ECMO, structural heart procedures (TAVR, left atrial appendage occlusion, PFO/ASD closure, mitral valve clipping), complex atrial and ventricular ablations, pacemaker/ICD implant and explant, cardioversion, pulmonary artery pressure sensor implantation, peripheral intervention, and pulmonary embolectomy 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross only 4. License: No license hits accepted; hard stop. PA license required for pharmacists/pharmacy techs 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required/heavily preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift; 10-hour shifts between 6AM-7PM; must be okay to stay until last patient is cared for; no call; no weekends; no holidays; floating as needed 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; client prefers RTO minimized 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; local candidates offered at $5 less than posted bill rate 11.
