- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; VMS system notes 1 year minimum 2. Cases: Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Arrhythmia Induction, Cardioversion, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Study, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Circulate Procedures; Special Procedures include ICD, PPM, Watchman (LAAO), Bi-V ICD, A-fib ablation, A-Flutter ablation, V-tach ablation, PVC ablation, PFA ablation with Medtronic and Boston Scientific, A-V Node ablation 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard requirement) 4. License: Nursing license required; pending license accepted but must be obtained prior to start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Charting system experience required; any charting system accepted; Bard charting listed as special equipment/charting 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 schedule; late stay if needed; on-call may be required; float may be required 8. RTO: All RTO must be submitted during the submittal process; only one pre-approved time off allowed; attendance policy in effect — more than two missed shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract cancellation 9.
