- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (ENDO Acute setting experience specifically required) 2. Cases: Endoscopy (ENDO) acute setting experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (ARC); copies with valid expiration dates required at submission 4. License: CA RN License required; Nursys upload within last 2 weeks with valid CA State License 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s (0800-1630), varied days including holidays; weekends required (1 weekend/month); overnight call required (1630-0800) with 30-minute response time; shift cannot be adjusted 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; only 1 holiday per contract may be requested; holidays observed from 7:00 PM the night before through 7:00 AM the day after 9.
