- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of RN experience with at least one recent year of dialysis experience required 2. Cases: Dialysis treatments, bedside dialysis, peritoneal dialysis 3. Certifications: AHA BLS required, or Red Cross 4. License: Alabama RN license or compact license (no temp licenses accepted); NURSYS required 5. Education: Associate degree in nursing required 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: 36 or 48 hours per week; holidays as required; every other weekend; call duties on Sundays and after hours (Regional), Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday and after hours (Northport) 8.
