- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: ESRD, AKI; Dialysis procedures; patient population is Adults to Geriatrics 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS noted; must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: GA or Compact RN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR in use 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; 1-2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per month call; nightly call either Sunday 24 hours (7a-7a) or one night a week (11p-5a); self-scheduling 8. RTO: Max 7 days per contract; ALL RTO must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO or schedule requests post-offer or onsite. If 1-2 holidays fall during assignment, no holiday RTO can be requested; if 3 holidays fall during assignment, 1 holiday RTO may be considered. Major holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/New Years Day 9.
