Cases: Acute Care Inpatient Dialysis; Acute renal failure, Acute Kidney Injury, Hemodialysis, Peritoneal dialysis required 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; copies/AHA requirements not specified 4. License: Active IL license required to apply; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 0700-1730; 2-3 overnight calls required; every third Saturday on call through Monday 0700; 1-hour response time for call; emergent cases only; closed Sundays with weekend nurse on call; will work every other weekend; no floating outside scope 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; no radius requirement 11. Background: Not specified 12. Teaching Hospital, Community Hospital, and Trauma Level I and II experience preferred. Facility is a Level II Trauma Center with 372 staffed beds. Block scheduling available; discuss schedule requests with manager. Parking permit required at no cost; form completed during orientation.
