EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 0700-1730; 2-3 overnight calls required; every third Saturday on call through Monday 0700; 1-hour response time for call; emergent cases only; closed Sundays with weekend nurse on call; will work every other weekend; no floating outside scope 8. Required dialysis skills include cannulation of AV fistula and AV graft, tunneled/non-tunneled catheter management, machine alarm troubleshooting, and symptom management across a broad range of dialysis complications. Teaching Hospital, Community Hospital, and Trauma Level I and II experience preferred. Facility is a Level II Trauma Center with 372 staffed beds. Block scheduling available; discuss schedule requests with manager. Parking permit required at no cost; form completed during orientation.
