Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Dialysis
Shift: Days / 6a-4:30p, 10×4, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
On-Call Requirements
Weekday call coverage: 4:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Weekend call coverage: 24-hour coverage Saturday and Sunday
Call rotation is typically every other week
Requirements:
- NY License
- 2 Years’ Experience
- Experienced in troubleshooting dialysis-related issues and providing patient education
- BLS
- Experience educating and training dialysis patients is preferred
- Previous Home Dialysis experience is strongly preferred
Other Details:
- Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) experience is highly desirable, as the majority of the patient population utilizes PD therapy
- Strong assessment, triage, and patient education skills are essential
