Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, acute care inpatient dialysis, chronic outpatient dialysis, apheresis treatment 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; copies must be provided 4. License: State license required; pending licenses not accepted 5. Education: Must provide area of study, institution city/state, and degree type for all degrees earned 6. EMR: Epic strongly preferred, especially for RNs; willing to consider no Epic experience for difficult to fill positions 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 days; on-call required 1830-0800, Sunday 24 hours once monthly 8. RTO: 7 days restrictions 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; must provide map directions from permanent address to facility 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation; vary by specialty; required annually 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required; first-time travelers accepted 14.
