Cases Required: CVOR and General OR required; Cardiovascular: Aortic Aneurysm repair, Atrial Septal defect repair, CABG, ECMO, Femoral Cannulation, IABP, LVAD, MAZE Procedure, Mitral valve replacement, PDA, Pericardial window, TAVR, Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery; Vascular: AAA repair, AV fistula repair, Atherectomy, Carotid Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Scrub Vascular Surgery, Vein stripping; Thoracic: Laparoscopic assisted cases, Lobe resection, Mediastinoscopy, Thoracotomy, VATS, Scrub Thoracic Surgery; Endoscopic: Bronchoscopy, EGD, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Peg tube placement/exchange, Scrub Endoscopic Surgery; Whipple experience required; Laser Safety, Specimen Handling/labeling, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard requirement) 4.
