- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: CVOR required; TAVR (approximately 3 per week on standby in Cath Lab), CABG, Atrial Septal Defect Repair, MAZE Procedure, Mitral Valve Replacement; General/Ortho/Spine or Robot experience helpful as CVOR RN may be assigned to Main OR when no cardiac cases are scheduled 3. Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, BLS required 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic; charting system experience required (any system accepted) 7. Shifts/Call: Call is required and varies by department needs; must be flexible. 2 primary weekday calls (2230-0600) per 6-week cycle; 2 secondary weekday calls (2230-0600); 2 primary weekend calls (12-hour, 0630-1900 or 1830-0600, Saturday and/or Sunday); 2 secondary weekend calls (12-hour, 0630-1900 or 1830-0600, Saturday and/or Sunday). Block scheduling open per manager discretion. Facility may call off once per two-week pay period. Up to 2 weekend shifts per month. 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission 9.
