- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; minimum 1 year required for specific experience 2. Cases: TAVRS approximately 3 per week; General/Ortho/Spine or Robot experience helpful as CVOR RN assigned to main OR cases when no cardiac cases 3. Certifications: BCLS required; LA fire card within last 30 days required 4. License: CA license must be in hand; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Yes - 2 primary weekday calls (2230-0600), 2 secondary weekday calls (2230-0600), 2 primary weekend calls (12 hours 0630-1900 or 1830-0600), 2 secondary weekend calls (12 hours 0630-1900 or 1830-0600) in 6-week cycle 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; Aya/Client offers 7 days; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility work with locations and dates 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles considered local; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required; first-timers not accepted 14.
