- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years CVOR experience required 2. Cases: CVOR required; Hybrid OR experience preferred; extensive cardiovascular and thoracic surgical skills listed including CABG, TAVR, LVAD/RVAD, VATS, Carotid Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, and others 3. Certifications: AHA BLS required; ACLS preferred; CNOR preferred 4. License: CA RN License required; BSN required 5. Education: BSN required 6. EMR: Charting system experience required; specif
