- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3+ years required; Level I Trauma experience required; Charge nurse experience preferred; Community Hospital experience preferred 2. Cases: Must be able to scrub and circulate for all types of CVOR cases; float to general OR as needed 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; copies of certifications required at submission; must be valid 4. License: PA license required at time of submission; Valid State License or Certification required at time of submission; PA Fingerprints REQUIRED (may require travel over 100 miles); PA Childline and fingerprint results must be within 12 months of start date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner (Surginet); charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Shift times 7a-5:30p; weekday and weekend call required (1 weekday per week and 1 weekend per month); weekends are Sat/Sun; scrub and circulate required; floating required to general OR 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted; block scheduling cannot be accommodated; only one pre-approved time off; traveler must not have time off planned that conflicts with pre-start compliance 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; local rate differential applies; if candidate is actively shopping multiple offers, alert AM of top choice; provide 3-5 days of interview availability 11.
