Cases: Must be able to perform open vascular, endovascular, hybrid room, and CV procedures; extensive surgical skills list including CABG, CVOR, TAVR, TEVAR, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, MAZE Procedure, Mitral Valve Replacement, IABP, LVAD/RVAD, Femoral Cannulation, and more 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS/BCLS required 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech listed as charting system; Epic listed as required charting system experience; community hospital experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Schedule is Monday-Friday with 1 day off (may vary week to week); call required — post shift 1700-0700, at least 1 post shift per week; weekend call 24HR 0700-0700, at least 1 weekend per month; block schedule not accommodated; scheduling requests due to additional employment will not be considered; guaranteed hours subject to one call-off per two-week pay period 8.
