Travel Nurse (RN) CVOR (Cardiovascular) Des Moines, IA

$2,603 to $2,853 weekly

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)

Shift: Days, 6:30a-5p, 10×4, 40hrs per week with rotating day off

Length: 13-26 weeks

1 weekend/month; call schedule; Fri 5p through Mon 6:30a
Holiday rotation
Call – up to 2 overnight/week and 1 weekend/month

Requirements:

• IA / Compact License
• Minimum of 2 years current/recent operating room experience Cardiovascular OR / CVOR experience required
• General circulating / general operating room experience required (80% of experience in Cardiac cases / 20% experience in General cases)
• Strong & proficient experience in: Cardiac, vascular, thoracic required
• Basic General Surgery circulating experience required
• EPIC electronic medical systems experience within previous 3 years required
• Trauma level II experience required
• Scrub experience including open heart scrubbing required
• AHA BLS
• Trauma Level I experience highly preferred

Other Details:

• EMR: EPIC
• No 1st time travelers, must have completed a travel assignment within previous 15 mos. required
• Local Radius rule:  50 miles
• Will be required to float across all campuses
