- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years overall OR experience required; 2 years dedicated cardiac and vascular experience; 1 year CVOR experience; 1 year in a Level I Trauma facility 2. Cases: CABG, Valves, AAA, Ascending and descending dissections, amputations, fistulas, first ribs, ECMO, TAVR, EVAR, TVAR, fistulograms, angiograms, aortograms, radiofrequency ablations, and others. HARD STOP — must have scrubbing experience in cardiac and vascular cases; redirect candidates without this experience 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and NIHSS listed; must be AHA or American Red Cross (confirm at submission) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic is required 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift 7pm-7am; must be flexible; fixed or rotating weekends; no call 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; only one holiday will be approved 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Candidates without experience scrubbing these cases must be redirected immediately.
