- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of CVOR experience required; 1st time travelers OK 2. Cases: CABG, Mitral valve replacement, TAVR, Lead extractions (standby); cardiac/cardiovascular disease patient diagnoses 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (verify with recruiter) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Three 12-hour shifts, 6:30-19:00; rotating weeknight call, rotating weekend call, rotating holidays; must work at least 50% of holidays during contract; float within OR to other services 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: No locals within 50 miles 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Orientation is 32 hours 13.
