Cases: CABGs, valve replacements, aneurysms, thoracic cases (lobectomies - robotics), TAVRs 3. Certifications: AHA certs required with submission 4. License: WA license in hand required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 1-2 overnight shifts per week and 1 weekend per month required 8. RTO: 5 days or less per assignment, must provide at time of submittal, no changes after submission 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for 1 year to be considered 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 8-12 hours average, billable, completed during orientation, signed off by managers; if completed in first 24 hours billed at 50%, after 24 hours at regular rate 13.
