Cases: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Aortic Aneurysm repair, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Carotid angioplasty, Carotid artery stenting, Carotid Endarterectomy, CABG, CVOR, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Heart, IABP, Lobe resection, MAZE Procedure, Mitral valve replacement, Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery, Scrub Thoracic Surgery, Scrub Vascular Surgery, Thoracotomy, TAVR, VATS, Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD/RVAD) 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Call required — typically one weekday call per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks; floating within facility/scope of practice and to Main OR as needed; no block schedules; no self-scheduling 8. RTO: 14-week contract = 10 days RTO; 26-week contract = 17 days RTO; no consecutive weekend requests; cannot request all major holidays; only 1 weekend of RTO per 4-week timeframe; day-switching allowed to cover unapproved RTO; management reserves right to adjust at any time 9.
