Travel Nurse (RN) CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit) Schenectady, NY

$2,474 to $2,724 weekly

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – CVICU

Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 16 weeks

Every other weekend required, holidays as needed, no call

Requirements:

• NY license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Minimum 1 year of specialty experience
• Cardiac surgery experience required, including CABG surgeries, Valve surgeries, Swans, and IABPs
• CV experience taking patients straight from the OR to ICU
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• Prior travel experience preferred

Other Details:

• EMR: Cerner
• Float: required — will float to stepdown and/or Med/Surg as needed, and to units within competencies
• Patient population: adult critical care / cardiac surgery ICU
• Dress code: no artificial or gel nails; no chipped polish
• First-time travelers accepted
