Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes:Prescreen + Auto Offer as long as RTO is less than 7 days and no holiday requests CVICU: Unit CVICU must have more than two years of experience. If a travel duo- must have their own vehicles and will not have same schedule. Clinician must take and pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to signing contract. If clinician fails to score 80% in two attempts, then they will be DNU for CS AZ and Sacramento for 6 months. Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. # of beds 12 Ratios 1:2, or 1:1 based on acuity Required Certifications ACLS, BLS Common diagnoses/Types of patients AMI, CAD, PVD, Experience or 'Must have' skills IABP, CRRT, Fresh OHS from the OR experience Are RNs required to titrate drips? Yes Common titratable &/or set rate drips Dex, Propofol, Dop, Neo, Epi, Levo, Insulin, Cardene, Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Both 24/7 Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios No Hospitalist or Intensivist in house Intensivists RT in ICU 24/7 Available not unit specific but department specific may share with the ICU RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc) Vents, Bipap, Cpap, Vapotherm, HiFlow Is there tele on this unit? In room monitors only - Nihon Khoden Monitor Techs? No RNs read strips? RNs read strips Shifts & Scheduling 12 hrs 7/7 Weekend Requirement Will be required to work 2 weekend shifts per pay period (two weeks), this is not every other weekend. It could be every Friday night or every Saturday night depending on the needs of the unit. At times every other weekend may be possible but will be available at the discretion of Nursing Leadership Holiday Requirement Yes Is there a call or standby requirement?
