- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty required; CVICU experience required 2. Cases: Cardiothoracic Surgery and/or Acuity Adaptable area preferred; care for cardiac and thoracic surgeries, heart/lung transplants 3. Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required; Basic Arrhythmia experience required 4. License: WI RN license or compact RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Night 12-hour shifts (0700-1930 and 1900-0730), every other weekend, some holidays, no call; floating required as needed 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off periods 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles from facility; locals not accepted; travel experience required 11. Background: Not specified 12.
