- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of experience in specialty required for submission 2. Cases: Cardiovascular, stroke/CVA, trauma, surgical, and medical ICU cases; includes CABG, TAVR, IABP, Impella, LVAD/RVAD, CVVHD/CRRT, and other complex critical care diagnoses 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS required; copies required at submission 4. License: Active Compact or State License in hand required at time of submission; no exceptions 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 84 hours per two-week period; alternating schedule of one week 3x12, next week 4x12; weekend coverage required; travelers who cannot accept this schedule will be cancelled 8. RTO: Up to 7 days considered; must be presented upfront with no changes accepted; must work either a major or minor holiday every holiday 9.
