- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (2 years preferred); ICU experience required; Cardiac and Neuro experience required 2. Cases: Post open heart; CVICU, Neuro ICU, cardiac and neuro experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; CC RN noted; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard requirement) 4. License: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Nights, 7p-7a; every other weekend required; holiday rotation; no on-call required; agency floats first within scope and like units 8. RTO: All RTO must be submitted at time of submission; approval based on facility needs; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius; no local travelers accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Required; first-time travelers not accepted 14. Scrubs: Royal Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required; Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
