- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (2 years preferred); first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: Cardiac and Neuro experience required; post open heart patient diagnoses; ICU experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; CC RN noted; must be AHA or American Red Cross (implied by AHA standard — note: only extract if stated... certifications listed are ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, CC RN) 4. License: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Nights, 7p-7a; holiday rotation required; every other weekend required; no on-call required; float required — agency floats first, same expectation as staff nurses; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 8.
