Cases: Cardiac, Vascular, or Thoracic ICU patients; CABG, Valve Repair, TAVR, Heart Transplant, Lung Transplant, VAD Implantation, ECMO, Aortic Repairs, Esophageal Repairs; secondary diagnoses include stroke, acute respiratory distress/failure, renal impairment/failure, pulmonary embolus, pneumonia, sepsis, GI bleed, heart failure, unstable dysrhythmias 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required; must have skills including IV start, Tele, Vents, Swan-Ganz, Conscious Sedation, Balloon Pumps, and PA Lines 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 36-hour nights; weekdays and some weekends; rotating holidays; up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period; Saturday/Sunday for day shift, Friday/Saturday for night shift; patient ratio 1:2; float required within units of equivalent or lower acuity, no more than once every 4 weeks 8.
