Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first timers okay 2. Cases: Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, IABP Placement/Removal, Pacemaker Insertion, Left and Right heart catheterization 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required 4. License: Georgia Nursing License required; must match Driver's License and Social Security Card exactly 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required; no training available; travelers tested during orientation 7. Shifts/Call: Call required, weekend coverage required, 1:1 patient ratio 8. RTO: Must be presented upfront or will not be approved; two pre-approved time off periods 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must live outside of 50 miles; no local travelers 11. Background: Drugs/Alcohol related items mean RN cannot be considered 12. Modules: 8 hours non-billable, completed during orientation, may extend outside orientation hours 13. Travel Experience: Required for Critical Care Travelers 14. Scrubs: Scrubs provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: OMNICELL medication system, temporary pacemakers, IABP, CSI, FFR/IFR, IVUS Critical: Compliance documents due Tuesday prior to start.
