- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required with recent Cath Lab/Interventional scrubbing experience; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: LHC, RHC, PCI, IABP, Rotablator, Shockwave, Structural (PFO/ASD, TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman); high-volume Cardiac Interventional Center of Excellence 3. Certifications: ARRT-R and/or RCIS, BLS, and ACLS required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: State license applicable to role required; ARRT-R and/or RCIS required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: GE MacLab (GE Healthcare charting required), EPIC; also GE Innova IGS, Phillips, IVUS, FFR 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 06:30-17:00, rotating days Mon-Fri; on-call required up to 13 weekdays (Mon-Thurs, 5pm-6am); weekends required including on-call Friday 5pm to Monday 6am (3 weekends per contract); holidays required including on-call coverage as scheduled 8. RTO: Only one pre-approved RTO; block scheduling cannot be accommodated; all special scheduling requests must be submitted with RTO at time of application 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at a reduced local travel rate; contact AM for details 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Orientation is 20 hours 13.
