- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Interventional Cardiovascular, Electrophysiology, and Interventional Radiology procedures; includes angiography, PCI, TAVR, EP Lab, cardiac ablation, pacemaker insertion, and related cath lab procedures 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, RCIS, and NIHSS required; must be in hand at time of submittal 4. License: State RN license required (implied by scope of practice description); Charting System Experience required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech version 6.08 required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required; 15 days of call per month plus every third weekend; block schedule considered depending on need; 3 call-outs results in termination; shift changes with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of guaranteed hours; refusal of shift changes with 1 week or more notice may result in termination 8. RTO: No more than 10 days; requires an additional 2 weeks added to assignment; no RTO during first or last week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
