- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Cath Lab experience required; community hospital/mixed IR & Cath Lab setting preferred 2. Cases: Left and right heart caths, PCI (Type A, B1, some B2 lesions, NO Type C), Rotablator, CSI, Shockwave, Impella, Getinge IABP, Boston Polaris (FFR and IVUS), Abbott Illumien FFR; must have both diagnostic and PCI experience; advanced skills in IR, Specials, and Vascular procedures preferred 3. Certifications: RN licensure, ARRT, or RCIS required 4. License: RN licensure required (Tennessee) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Merge Hemo and Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10-hour shifts; 8 days of weekday call and up to 6 days of weekend call per month; 7a-5:30p M-F variable days 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
