- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years preferred; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: 3 scheduled cases daily, up to 9 cases per day with ER; procedures include LHC, RHC, coronary angiograms, PTCA, angioplasty, IABP placement, coil and sphere embolizations for stroke, electrophysiological studies and ablations, visceral angioplasty, intravascular ultrasound; IR experience is a plus 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH Stroke Scale required; must be AHA or equivalent (implied by standard compliance) 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Yes, on-call required based on needs; 30-minute response time; call shifts can average 10 shifts within a 6-week period, including one weekend of call; 4 weekend shifts per contract; facility may call off once per two-week pay period; block schedule per manager discretion 8.
