- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Cath lab experience required; Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Interventional Catheterizations, Left heart catheterization, Right heart catheterization 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with it pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required weekday and weekend; 1:1 patient ratios; 3-4 weekend shifts per contract; conscious sedation required 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any background hits require approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed during orientation and annually; over 20 hours requires approval 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
