- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; Previous Charge Experience required 2. Cases: Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab; EP Lab; TAVR; Watchman procedure; Cardiac Ablation; Cardiac Mapping; ASD Closures; LAA Closure; PCI; Pacemaker Insertion; IABP Placement/Removal; Impella Insertion; TEE; Valvuloplasty; Rotablator Atherectomy; and additional cardiac/vascular procedures 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required 4. License: AZ or compact license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required, 11-12 days/month; no weekend requirement; orientations are bi-weekly (36 orientation hours) 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9.
